Within 14 days after the date of its incorporation, every company shall inform SSM the location of its registered office within Malaysia by submitting the Form 44 to SSM.

 

All statutory records, registers, minute books and common seal are required to be kept in the registered office of your company, normally will be at the company secretary's office.  Your business office is a place where your business operations & activities conducted.

 

Registered office is NOT your business office. You can have your business office at anywhere in Malaysia, be at your home, shop, factory or even you don't have one!
